The People Behind the Waseca County Free Fair
The fairboard consists of 15 members who are elected by members of the Waseca County Agricultural Society on the third Tuesday in November of each year. The fair board holds monthly meetings on the second Monday of every month. If you would like to be placed on the agenda for a meeting please contact Ivagene Kobylinski at 835-7409. Meetings are open to the public and start promptly at 7pm . Please contact Ivagene to confirm exact meeting dates.
To become a member of the Waseca County Agricultural Society, please contact Ivagene Kobylinski. The membership dues are $5 per year with first time 3 year minimum.

Driving Directions:
From I-35 (Owatonna):
Take Hwy 14 west, 12 miles to 8th St. N.E. Turn right and travel 8 blocks to 8th Ave. N.E. Turn left to Waseca County Fairgrounds.
From Hwy 14 West: (Mankato)
Go 23 miles east to Hwy 13 north.
Go 7 blocks to stoplight, then turn right on 7th Ave. N.E. Travel east to stop sign and make left turn, Waseca County Fairgrounds are on the right.
From Hwy 13 South (New Richland or Albert Lea, I-90):
Travel north on Hwy 13 (28 miles from Albert Lea) to 7th Ave. N.E. (stoplights). Turn right on 7th Ave. N.E. Travel east to stop sign and make left turn, Waseca County Fairgrounds are on the right.
From Hwy 13 North (Waterville):
Travel south to Waseca. Turn left at 7th Ave. N.E. stoplights. Continue to stop sign and make another left on 3rd St. N.E. Waseca County Fairgrounds are on the right side.
